Original fiction project - week of 05/15/2011

Work on chapter 2 continues. 2,708 words and counting. It feels good to be writing again. I mean, really writing--a story and not just snippets. Even during NaNo, I was writing random snippets that could be from here or there or nowhere in the story. Now I am actually bringing characters to life, putting flesh on them with words, watching them and the events they are part of evolve over time.

I'll be taking a break from it all when I go on vacation, but if something pops in my head spontaneously, I'll write it down. I'm packing a writing pad.
