Original fiction project - week of 02/27/2011

I decided that for March I was going to dispense with the daily word count goal of 300 words in favor of concentrating more on trying to organize what I've got into something coherent. I negotiated with myself that I'd at least report a word count in here to give me incentive to write stuff in the process. Not that I wouldn't; if I don't write down a blurb that pops in my head, I'll forget it. But that's all I wrote, really. Short blurbs.

Word count: 538 for the week.

And mostly, I'm organizing stuff, trying to find a first draft in all this stuff, or at least, the beginnings of a first draft.
